• Minimum term 10 years
• Maximum term 40 years 

No Money Down 

• 100% financing with approved credit
• Closing costs can be a gift or unsecured loan from a related person 

3% Down  

•  Available for purchase or refinance loans
• Down payment and closing costs can be a gift or unsecured loan from a related person 

Rental Property 

• 10% equity required
• 30 year maximum term
• Fixed and adjustable rates available
