TECU is proud to announce the winners of our Scholarships for the 2008-2009 academic school year to Wichita State University.  Congratulations to Taylor Titus and Chelsey Hudgins!  Taylor is majoring in Dental Hygiene and Chelsey is a Psychology major.  Each recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
